Dear Cathy

I have been meaning to contact you since my uncle’s funeral just to say
how pleased we all were with the service you created and managed. I was
afraid that the service, with the few relatives and friends remaining in
his life, would have lacked the gravity and dignity the occasion
deserved. Your efforts in developing and delivering the eulogy and
managing the occasion, however allayed all my fears and was all we could
have hoped for. It created a lovely picture of Kenneth and a good (if
sad) memory of our last contact with my uncle.
